Cyber escape room - ‘Australia under attack’
Wednesday 27 October 2021
7:30PM – 8:30PM
About the event
Do you have what it takes to defend Australia from a cyber attack and escape the Special Operations Command Centre in time? Join ‘Australia under attack’ - a cyber escape room challenge with 20 of your fellow Australian Cyber Week attendees.
Unlike conventional in-person escape rooms, ‘Australia under attack’ will feature a facilitator and be run virtually. You will join a group and be presented with various cyber security challenges. You will work as a team to solve the puzzles which allow your team to move from room to room.
Further clues and hints are offered, at a cost of time, to assist you to solve the challenges if you get stuck. At the conclusion of the session, you will be taken through the session to unpack the experience and talk about any lessons learnt. Each session runs for 50 minutes - 30 mins in the escape room, with a 20 min debrief afterwards.
Note: Our virtual cyber escape rooms are not available post-Cyber Week as part of ‘Cyber Week: On-demand’. If you’re interested in participating in a virtual escape room in the future, email firstname.lastname@example.org to express your interest and one of our team members will be in touch.
