Louisa Partridge is the Head of Marketing and Partnerships at OSINT Combine. She is also the Co-Founder and Director of Women Speak Cyber – a Social Enterprise that encourages diversity and empowers Women in the Cyber Security industry to find their voice. For the last 15 years, Louisa has worked for Cyber Security Organisations – most recently as the National Node Network Lead and Queensland Cyber Security Innovation Node Manager at AustCyber. Prior to that she was the General Manager of Marketing – Cyber Security at Telstra. Her strength and passion is helping Brands grow in-market, creating amazing customer experiences, building ecosystems and partnerships and launching leading Products and Services.
Emerald Sage
Head of Intelligence Services, OSINT Combine
Emerald is Head of OSINT Combine's Intelligence Services. Prior to joining the team nearly twelve months ago she spent over a decade working within the federal government's security and intelligence community. Emerald has worked across a range of national security threats including counter terrorism, counter intelligence, cyber security and insider threats. Emerald has applied a diverse array of operational counter measures to these threat programs, including OSINT capabilities.
Jacob Hunter
Head of Training, OSINT Combine
Jacob is the Head of Training and Tradecraft and OSINT Combine. Jacob was previously employed by Victoria Police and a member of the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team, in Melbourne Victoria. Here, Jacob worked as a Victim Identification Specialist. This work was very investigative focussed with a large portion of the work involving OSINT to locate and identify victims and offenders. Jacob's previous roles included being a Senior Instructor of Open Source Investigations at Victoria Police, and five years service with the Australian Army.
Kyle Randall
Senior Intelligence Specialist, OSINT Combine
Kyle is a Senior Intelligence Specialist with OSINT Combine. Kyle comes from a National Security and Defence background, having spent 15 years conducting domestic and international counter-terrorism operations leading to the disruption of threat-to-life activity and radicalisation efforts from extremist figures. Kyle brings a unique blend and depth of experience to the field of OSINT through his expertise in HUMINT, extremist ideologies and operational risk management.
Linda Cavanagh
COO, Cybermerc
Linda’s career spans law enforcement, politics and cybersecurity, with a focus on the human elements of technology, privacy and ethics. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Cybermerc, an Australian-owned cyber security and threat intelligence company.
Through Cybermerc and in her previous roles with AustCyber, Linda became an advocate and champion for Australian cybersecurity; working with partners to build a collective cyber defence across Australia and help grow a vibrant and innovative industry
Linda is also the Founder of the National Missing Persons Hackathon, an Australian first crowdsourced OSINT event that assists Australian law enforcement investigations into missing person cases.
